Eddie Cliff

Eddie Cliff began his football career with Burnley, making 21 league appearances between 1970 and 1973. He then moved to Notts County before joining Tranmere Rovers in 1976. During his time with Tranmere Rovers, Cliff played as a defender and made 50 appearances, scoring 4 goals between 1976 and 1979. Overall, he had a total of 121 career appearances in professional football. After his football career, Cliff settled in Burnley where he has been running an exhaust and tyre business for the past 31 years.
